Canada CRA Tax Credits

Tax Info

(1) For all students, our fees are tax deductible (2) For certain students, our fees qualify for a  refundable tax credit from the CRA -- that's free money!

Over the years, we've tutored many students with minor mental and/or learning disabilities, and discovered the generous accomodations granted by both LSAC and the Canada Revenue Agency to "level the playing field" for these students.

This is a little known provision in the tax code that flies under the radar; most tutors aren't even aware it exists.

OzPrep Tutoring fees are recognized by the tax authorities as eligible for the credit.

Qualifying is relatively easy. Examples of recognized disabilities include ADHD/ADD, OCD, panic & anxiety disorders; even visual impairments may be approved. And really, nearly everyone these days has SOME kind of disorder!

The best part? It's refundable; even students who havn't paid income tax will receive a supplement. The amount varies, but we've had students who've recouped a third the cost of our services. So yes, it's worth applying.

Do Kaplan/Powerscore/Princeton courses qualify? No. Just another reason not to bother with the big guys.

That's all we'll share for now, but we'll provide you with all you need to know to apply for the credit if you think you qualify.

That's not all: did you know that absolutely everyone can write off the cost of writing the LSAT? Indeed: here's the CRA link. Now you know!

Verifiable Testimonials

Fake/forged testimonials are commonplace.    Ours are real.. see for yourself.

These former students permit us to link to their various public profiles (be it a LinkedIn page, a student clubs page, etc.).

Thus, it's plain for all to see that the reviewers are authentic (without infringing on privacy). The words written are their own.

The LSAT Season begins shortly--start preparing as early as possible. For current undergrad students, this means immediately after April final exams. Our earlier students are given priority in terms of scheduling and pricing.

The LSAT is not an exam you can fudge at the last minute -- to score well, weeks--usually months--of preparation is required. In the past, we have had to turn away students during peak season (summer/fall). The early bird gets the law degree! Call us today.
